The Harlequin Musical Theatre is available for hire when it is not in use for our productions (please see the hireage calendar for more detail).

Hiring of the venue is using the standard stage setup. Any changes to the default setup must be arranged upon booking your hireage and will incur additional fees.

Our Standard Venue Facilities included in the standard hireage rates

  • Seating for 140 patrons, including wheelchair access seating
  • 80 carparks directly outside the venue
  • Use of the backstage area including the greenroom and dressing rooms
  • Please review the following for our hireage rates as at 01 January 2011

    Additional costs will be incurred for the following items (Rates negotiated upon receiving brief with requirements):

  • Theatre setup other than the standard stage setting
  • Use of lighting equipment (only to be operated by an operator approved by Harlequin Musical Theatre)
  • Use of sound equipment (only to be operated by an operator approved by Harlequin Musical Theatre)
  • Equipment, Props and Costume Hire

    The Harlequin Musical Theatre has a wide variety of props and costumes available for hire – from full stage curtains, furniture and hundreds of costumes. We also have equipment for hire e.g. Lighting, smoke machines etc.
